The Italian gastronomic tradition boasts numerous masterpieces: just think that in Italy about 700 different cured meats have been recorded from north to south and the number seems to be an underestimate.
Many are present throughout the territory, with characteristics that vary from region to region; others are typical of specific territories and are found only in those areas. Among these, for example, the Coppa Piacentina DOP, the Porchetta di Ariccia IGP, or the Bresaola IGP, which are fully included among the cured meats of our tradition.
