Following the natural rhythms of sprouting, we activate the whole rice seeds (of Italian origin only) in spring water that flows at 600 meters above sea level in the heart of the Lessinia Park – Piccole Dolomiti. When the sprouts are at their maximum vitality, we transform the sprouted brown rice into a delicious and balanced “vegetable milk” thus obtaining the BioSuRice: laboratory analyzes confirm that the composition of amino acids and micronutrients of our BioSuRice is similar to breast milk, with 22 amino acids, of which 8 are essential. It is from this matrix that all our Mozzarisella® vegan cheeses are born: nutritious, refreshing, well digestible and rich in micronutrients. Suitable for a thousand sweet and savory preparations.
