Parmigiano Reggiano

PDO hard cheese and the first most exported cheese in the world. It has a fragrant and delicate flavor and it is distinguished by its long ripening. It is made in Emilia Romagna from raw cow’s milk, collected in the evening, left to rest and partially skimmed by natural surface skimming. The original one can be recognized by the trademarks imprinted on the wheel of cheese. You can request the whole wheel of cheese or cheese in portions, depending on your needs.

Grana padano

It is one of the Italian PDO excellence. Its scent, its fragrance and the intense and delicate flavor make it one of the best table cheeses. It is a hard, slow-matured cheese, made from cow’s milk partially skimmed by natural surface skimming. MA-VI Trade is the protagonist in the export of the Grana Padano Piacentino together with the Network of “Rete d’Imprese Filiera Eccellenza”.

Pecorino sardo, Pecorino Romano, Pecorino Toscano

A dairy product of Mediterranean origin, produced with fresh sheep’s milk. It is a tasty cheese, whose scent may vary in intensity depending on the seasoning (5 or 8 months). It is a hard cheese which can be tasted sliced or grated. Both ripening and the various combinations allow to offer a wide choice suitable for all palates, even the most demanding ones.

Gorgonzola

It is a soft paste cheese, creamy and tasty, more or less spicy. It is a raw blue cheese, straw-colored, with green-blue streaks. It is produced in Lombardy and Piedmont, made from cow’s milk. Appreciated au naturel or spread over a slice of bread, this cheese is also protagonist in the kitchen to prepare many delicious dishes.

Mozzarella

It is the most popular italian fresh cheese in the world. It has a delicate flavor that makes it a delicacy to be tasted both “au naturel” and as an ingredient for pizzas and other typical dishes. It can be round shaped, or it can be found in the shape of a braid or in mini balls. It is made of pasta, porcelain-white coloured and it is made from buffalo or cow milk.
